The WC 1000 and WC 2000 products listed below are stocked in our warehouses. The WC 3000 is readily available from the mill. WC 1000

WC 1000 represents a new generation polyester coating system possessing excellent exterior durability plus an exceptional combination of flexibility and hardness. As a two coat system corrosion resistance and adhesion are outstanding on hot dipped galvanized steel. Extensive field experience and test exposures have established durability superior to competitive polyester or acrylic finishes.

WC 2000

WC 2000 is a new generation polyester coating system designed for the warranteed steel building market. Performance has been optimized to provide a unique balance of properties not heretofore available. Outstanding exterior durability is coupled with excellent formability and hardness. Extensive field experience and test exposures have established durability equal to, and in most cases, superior to the more widely used silicone polyester and silicone acrylic premium finishes. The cost effectiveness of the WC 2000 System is unsurpassed in today's marketplace.

WC 3000

WC 3000 is a tough, weather-resistant, baked-on finish for building products and architectural metals. Made from Kynar 500®, WC 3000 will give the building a high performing, long life finish. This high-performance fluoropolymer finish offers maximum durability, surpassing most other architectural metal finishes in resistance to weathering, chemicals, industrial fumes and abrasion. WC 3000 coatings help reduce handling damage, speed erection and cut construction costs. They are easy to clean; normal cleaning agents such as a mild acid washes or detergents may be used. WC 3000 will reduce long-term maintenance costs. Metal panels and trim do not have to be refinished or replaced every few years due to film erosion. It has excellent color retention, its tough, weather-resistant finish resists chalking and fading under the most severe conditions. The durable, tough finish has superior flexibility, adhesion and hardness, it protects metals from corrosion and oxidation caused by weather and a hostile atmosphere.
